Scott Walker received his BA with honors from Dallas Baptist University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Baylor University.

Throughout the years, Scott Walker has focused on trials and appeals and administrative work before the VA. In his trial and appellate practice, Scott Walker has enjoyed a high rate of success. Throughout his career, Scott Walker has litigated numerous jury trials and written appellate briefs with favorable results to his clients.

Scott Walker lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex with his wife of 30 plus years. He works primarily out of his office in Fort Worth, but he frequently handles cases throughout Texas. Scott Walker is a former member of the Harrison County Bar Association and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. He is currently a member of the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Texas. Scott Walker is licensed to practice in Texas by the Texas Supreme Court, the U.S. Eastern District of Texas, and is accredited to represent Veterans at all levels in the adjudication process before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
